Exhibitions come in all sizes. Events Simplified clients have had an exhibition as an addendum to their “state of the nation” conference with as few as 6 stands and as many as 20. Still more exhibitions are of the much larger trade-show variety with a hundred or more exhibitors.

 

Whatever you are planning, you’re likely to need electric points for each stand which either means you being onsite on the day with a bagful of gaffer tape to stick down hastily provided extension leads, or it can be planned professionally with points pre-set in each area ready for the stands to be built around them.

 

Other considerations include location. If you are desperate to have an exhibition in a certain geographic location, you have to consider tailoring the number or size of stands to fit what is physically available in the area – you can’t fit a quart into a pint pot!
